**Candle Care & Safety Tips**
* For your first burn, allow the candle to burn for approximately 2 hours, or until a full melt pool reaches the edges of the container. This helps ensure an even burn throughout the life of the candle.
* Trim the wick to 1/8 inch before each use to promote a clean, steady flame and minimize soot.
* Burn candles away from drafts, fans, open windows, and air vents. This helps prevent uneven burning, flare-ups, and excessive wax consumption while providing the best fragrance experience.
* Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains in the container.
* Never allow the candle to burn completely to the bottom of the jar or tin.
* Never leave a burning candle unattended.
* Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
* Candle containers may become hot during use. Allow them to cool completely before handling.
* Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
* Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
